Nature inside the building, not outside the window

Millennium is a resort-style condominium in Bang Tao: two flowing white buildings around a pool courtyard, greenery on every floor and a rooftop given over entirely to leisure.

Water, greenery, fresh air and evening light are part of the architecture itself. Corridors are open and naturally ventilated, pools sit in the inner courtyard, along the outer edge of the building and on the roof, and every balcony has its own mini garden.

Where is Millennium Condominium?

In Bang Tao on Phuket's west coast: Soi Si Sunthon, Moo 5, Choeng Thale, Thalang. It is 750 m to Bang Tao Beach, 500 m to Lotus's, 1 km to Porto de Phuket, 1.6 km to Boat Avenue and about 30 minutes by car to the airport.

How much do Millennium apartments cost?

Prices as of 12 October 2026: studios of 24.43–30 m² from ฿3.42M, one-bedroom apartments from ฿4.89M and two-bedroom from ฿8.39M. The price per square metre is ฿140,000–162,000, and each floor up adds ฿100,000.

How many apartments are still available?

As of 12 October 2026, 200 of 253 apartments are available: 145 studios, 30 one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom. The ground-floor pool-access units and the entire seventh floor are already reserved.

When will Millennium be completed?

Completion is scheduled in Q1 2029. The environmental impact assessment is approved and construction permit No. 243/2569 has been issued.

Who is the developer of Millennium?

Leader of the Millennium Co., Ltd., a Thai company incorporated in Phuket on 22 May 2025, registration No. 0835568011411, registered capital ฿30 million. The company owns the chanote-titled land and is the applicant for the EIA and the construction permit.

Can a foreigner buy freehold?

Yes. The base price is leasehold; freehold is available for a surcharge of ฿300,000 for a studio, ฿450,000 for a one-bedroom and ฿600,000 for a two-bedroom. The freehold transfer fee is about 6.3% of the price, split equally between developer and buyer.

What extra costs are there?

A one-off sinking fund of ฿750 per m², ฿15,000 for meter deposit and installation, maintenance of ฿85 per m² per month (฿100 on the ground floor) paid in advance, and the registration fee. The furniture package is optional: ฿10,000 per m², or ฿350,000 for a studio.

Is furniture included?

No, price-list prices are unfurnished. The developer's furniture package costs ฿10,000 per m², fixed at ฿350,000 for a studio. Every apartment already comes with a washing machine and a balcony mini garden.

What facilities does the complex have?

Five pools (courtyard, perimeter and rooftop), a rooftop with a 56 m infinity pool, hammam, bar, open-air cinema, fitness area, yoga zone and a kids' zone under a dome. On the ground floor: reception, garden café, co-working, gym and underground parking for 75 cars.

What makes Millennium different from other Bang Tao projects?

Five pools for 253 apartments — one per 50 — a rooftop entirely for residents, a self-watering garden on every balcony and two-bedroom apartments from 51.87 m². All 750 m from the beach and within walking distance of Lotus's and the PTP padel club.

Can I see an apartment before buying?
